Doorreis door Zwitzerland / Passing through Switzerland

Als we naar Italie gaan dan komen we altijd door Zwitserland. Toch zijn we er nog nooit op vakantie geweest. Voor mij is Zwitserland het teken dat we bijna in Italie zijn. Met een beetje geluk (en geen files bij de tunnels) ben je in drie uur door Zwitserland heen. Maar behalve de geweldige bergen met de eeuwige sneeuw, het eindeloze uitzicht en de geweldige wegen blijft het toch een eilandje in Europa. De foto's op deze layout zijn gemaakt tijdens een stop op de Gotthardtpass toen we vorig jaar weer op weg naar huis waren na drie heerlijke weken in Toscane.

If we go on vacation to Italy we always pass through Switzerland. But we have never actually wpent more than a couple of hours there. For me Switzerland means we are almost in Italy. With some luck (and no traffic jams in front of the tunnels) you've crossed Switzerland in about three hours. But beside the huge mountains, the everlasting snow and its wide view it's still a little island in Europe. The photo's on this layout were taken during our trip home last year after spending three wonderful weeks in tuscany (Italy)
