Kindervakantieweek De Beuk / Childrens' vacation week De Beuk

Ieder jaar is er de laatste week van de zomervakantie 'De Beuk', een echte belevenis voor kinderen hier uit de buurt. Joram ging dit jaar voor de tweede keer mee en heeft de tijd van zijn leven gehad. Gisteren ontvingen we de DVD met de foto's en daarop kwam ik een hele leuke foto van Joram tegen die ook precies uitdrukt wat hij is. Is er ergens een paal te vinden (horizontaal of verticaal dat maakt eigenlijk niet uit) dan zit Joram erop of hangt eraan. Hij zit sinds kort ook op turnen en vindt dat ook helemaal geweldig. Deze layout heeft eigenlijk een diepere betekenis. Ik zou zo graag willen at hij zichzelf bleef. Niet kijkend naar anderen en zelf een koers uitzetten. Joram is gek op de boeken van Dr. Seuss en deze quote van uit het boek 'Oh, the places you'll go' past dan ook geweldig bij deze layout:

The last week of summervacation Joram joined childrens vacation week De Beuk, a real adventure for kids in our neighbourhood. It was Jorams second time and again he had the time of his life there. Yesterday we received the DVD with the photo's and I came by a picture that really tells how Joram is. Just give him a pole (horizontal or vertical makes no difference) and joram will be on it or hanging on it. He joined gymnastics and loves it. This layout has a deaper meaning to it. I would love him to stay himself. Not looking at others but travel your own path. Joram loves Dr. Seuss books and this quote from 'Oh, the places you'll go' fits him and this layout perfect.
