ScrapSoul: Scrapping pink

When you have a baby girl you really can not get away from scrapping with pinks. For this layout I tried different colors of paper and cardstock and ended up with pinks. This pic of Jinte was taken the day after she was born and when she was still in the incubator on the neonatology ward. The scan is a bit blurry because of the bulkyness and the colors are completely off. Sorry for that......... The color in the detailed pics is the real color.

By the way; Jinte is doing really good. She started a new formula yesterday because they suspect that she is lactose/lactase intolerant. She had lots of problems with gaining weight (she's about 4 kilogrammes now at 3.5 months), lots of gas and burping (and some other symptons you do not want to know, LOL). So she stopped the hypo-allergenic formula and started the special formula for lactose/lactase intolerance. It smells like a rhino barn but they said that if they need it, they'll drink it. Well, no problem at all and ever since she started the new formula she seems so much more relaxed. Next Tuesday we have an appointment at the pediatrician and after that we have to go to the dietician so we can get the formula covered by our health insurance (which is kind of nice since it's more than three times expensive than regular formula)

Als je een baby meisje hebt kun je er niet onderuit komen: Scrappen met roze! Voor deze layout heb ik verschillende kleuren geprobeerd en ben uiteindelijk toch geindigd met roze. Deze foto van Jinte is gemaakt de dag nadat ze geboren was op de afdeling neonatologie toen ze nog in de couveuze lag. De scan is een beetje wazig door de hoeveelheid spullen die op de layout zit en de kleuren komen helemaal niet overeen. Excuses......... De kleuren op de detailfoto zijn de kleuren zoals ze er in het echt uit zien.

Overignes; Jinte doet het heel goed. Ze is gisteren begonnen met nieuwe flesvoeding omdat ze vermoeden dat ze lactose/lactase intolerant is. Ze had problemen met aankomen (ze is nu 3.5 maand en ze weegt 4 kilo), heel veel lucht in haar darmen en veel boeren (en nog wat andere verschijnselen waar jullie de details niet van willen weten, hahaha) Dusi s ze gisteren gestopt met de hypoallergene voeding en overgestapt op voeding die geschikt is voor kinderen met een lactose/lactase intolerantie. Het ruikt als een stal van een neushoorn maar ze zeiden dat als kinderen het nodig hebben dat ze het zonder problemen drinken; En zo is het ook en ze lijkt heel veel meer ontspannen. Aankomende dinsdag hebben we een afspraak bij de kinderarts en daarna de dietiste om te zorgen dat we deze voeding vergoed krijgen door onze ziektenkostenverzekering (en dat is best handig, want het kost 3 keer de prijs van een gewone voeding)
